COLLEGE STATION — The Texas A&M University Horticulture Club will be hosting its 32nd annual Spring Plant Sale from 8 a.m.-3 p.m. March 29 in College Station.
The sale will be on the lawn of the Horticulture/Forest Science Building on West Campus. Free parking is available.
The plant sale is the main fundraiser, and proceeds are used to sponsor individuals and teams at various collegiate competitions and events, and to support ongoing projects, according to Dr. Leo Lombardini, associate professor of horticulture and faculty advisor.
A variety of plants will be available including tomatoes, peppers, assorted vegetable varieties, house plants, annuals and perennials as well as a wide selection of heirloom and hybrid roses.
