SEGUIN — It’s never too early to plan for Christmas, and the Christmas in July Task Force of the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service office for Guadalupe County is presenting a program July 26 to prove it.
“The six members of our task force have planned several hands-on demonstrations of crafts and decorations, plus they will provide ideas for other handmade gifts,” said Charla Bading, AgriLife Extension agent for family and consumer sciences in Guadalupe County.
The program will be held from 4-6:30 p.m. at the AgriLife Extension office, 210 East Live Oak, in Seguin.
“Participants will receive inspiration, an instruction book, a ticket for a door prize drawing, refreshments, fellowship and more,” Bading said.
The fee is $10 payable at the door, but preregistration is required to reserve a spot.
For more information and to preregister, contact the AgriLife Extension office at 830-379-2153. Participants who reserve before July 25 will receive a $2 discount.
