SUTHERLAND SPRINGS – The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service offices in Bexar, Guadalupe and Wilson counties will present the Beef Cattle and Forage Management Field Day May 10.
The field day will be from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Bugg Farms, 1287 County Road 314 in Sutherland Springs.
The cost is $20, and lunch is included. An RSVP is required by May 8 to the AgriLife Extension office in Wilson County at 830-393-7357 or in Guadalupe County at 830-303-3889.n
Three hours of Texas Department of Agriculture continuing education units – two general and one integrated pest management – will be offered to commercial, non-commercial and private pesticide license holders.
Field day coordinators said attendees should bring a lawn chair and wear cool clothes, as they will be outside during the morning portion of the program.
